Lin Shuyan: I also saw through a fact during the time of investigation. In reality, whom the believers of the Church of Almighty God believe in is Almighty God, the incarnate Christ of the last days, not the person the CCP attacks and condemns. The CCP and the religious world do all that they can to attack and condemn this person, but neither of them can point out what sin this person exactly commits or which law he breaks. Since this person doesn’t commit any sin, why does the CCP still attack and condemn him so furiously? This is the reason why most people feel confused. This is truly the strangest phenomenon we’ve seen. This reminds me that when the Lord Jesus came to work, the Jewish chief priests, scribes and Pharisees just attacked and judged the Lord Jesus and His apostles like this. They said that the Lord Jesus was a person and spared no efforts to attack and condemn Him and even nailed Him to the cross. Everyone in the world knows that. There is a Chinese parlance that says, “A filthy mouth can’t utter decent language.” How could Satan’s mouth utter the words of bearing witness to God? That’s impossible! Now we can see that the CCP regime and the religious community are doing their possible to condemn a person. This person is not pointed out what crimes he has committed, but he has received their unprecedented attacks and judgments. I can’t figure this matter out. This person is just the leader of the Church of Almighty God not the incarnate Almighty God, but why does he suffer such attacks, judgments, and persecution of the CCP and the religious world? In fact, what the CCP and the religious community fear and hate most are Almighty God and all the truth He expresses. Because whom the Church of Almighty God believes in and prays to is Almighty God, not this person. This person is only the leader of the Church of Almighty God. This is a fact! So, what does this person actually do, which provokes the CCP’s such hatred and anger? On their website we can see that this person has preached a lot, supplied a great number of people and let them see God’s appearance and work. I think this must be the main reason why the CCP hates him most.

Dong Xiulan: What you say is all the truths. Many people just listen to the words of the CCP and the religious leaders condemning, attacking, and slandering the Church of Almighty God and then consider these words as the fact. But they don’t personally seek and study Almighty God’s word to understand the truth. Aren’t they blinded and deceived by the CCP and the religious pastors and leaders? Why does the CCP not dare to make Almighty God’s appearance and work and the truth He expresses public? Why does the CCP speak Eastern Lightning as an organization of men? It is because Almighty God’s word is all the truth and is God’s utterance, and if it is made public, the whole mankind will acknowledge it as truth. Then won’t the CCP shoot itself in the foot? The CCP is indeed too cunning, too evil! How could such a devilish organization that openly resists God not be cursed by God?

Cheng Huize: Yes, the person the CCP does everything it can to attack is not Almighty God. He is just the leader of the Church of Almighty God. That the CCP and the religious world direct the focus point to this person is totally for the sake of covering up the truth that Almighty God has appeared and is working. The CCP is extremely afraid that all people will see the truth of Almighty God’s appearance and work and even more afraid that all people will turn to God after they read Almighty God’s word and find it is the truth. That is, the CCP fears people of the whole world will see the appearance and work of Almighty God, find His word is the truth, and all turn to Him, and thus, Almighty God will rule and wield power among people of the whole world. So the CCP attacks, condemns, judges, and smears the Church of Almighty God so madly. That it does its possible to attack this person is just diverting people’s attention to cover up the truth of God’s appearance and work. This is the CCP’s intentions and trickery! Why does the CCP not dare to directly attack the incarnate Christ? Why does the CCP not dare to make the word expressed by Almighty God public and let the whole world comment on whether or not it is the truth, whether or not it is the voice of God? Since the religious community condemns Almighty God, why does it not dare to announce the word expressed by Him to the whole religious world and let all the believers seek, investigate, and discriminate wisely? If they dare do like this, they are truly just and honorable! However, Satan is Satan. Devil is devil. Antichrist is antichrist. None of them dare make the truth expressed by Almighty God public. They only attack a person, but never say even a single word with regard to the words that Almighty God expresses, much less do they dare to make public that whom this person believes in and witnesses to is just Almighty God. Only the Church of Almighty God can truly bear witness to Almighty God and announce the word expressed by Almighty God to the whole religious world and the whole mankind. From this we can easily see that the CCP and the religious world both are truth-hating and their deeds have ulterior motives. They are really having a guilty conscience! As neither of them dare refute the truth expressed by Almighty God or can refute it, they give it the cold shoulder and don’t mention a single word about it. They are very afraid of stirring up a hornet’s nest and then being hard to end, so they do everything they can to direct the focus point to a person, regard this person as a target, and use this person to represent Eastern Lightning to implement their attacks and condemnations. Isn’t this the cunningness of Satan? If we can’t find Satan’s trickery lying herein, aren’t we deceived and blinded by the satanic organization, the antichrist demons? Aren’t we foolish and ignorant?

Lin Shuyan: The reason why the CCP attacks a person as hard as they can is not that simple! Of course, though this person is not Christ, he must be raised up by God. Otherwise, the CCP wouldn’t hate him so much. Its objective in doing this is to let people misunderstand that this person is the representative of Eastern Lightning. Their intention is totally for changing people’s focus and avoiding the sensitive topic that Almighty God has appeared to work and express the truth. Now all believers in the Lord are watching for the return of the Lord. But how should we watch and wait on earth? Recall when the Lord Jesus appeared and worked in Judea, He was condemned, blasphemed, and smeared by Judaism madly. At that time, the battle between Judaism and the Lord Jesus shocked the whole of Judea. People all discussed whether the Lord Jesus was a person or God. This is a historical fact and no one can deny it. No matter in which country the incarnate God appears and works, He will meet with frenzied condemnation, blasphemy, and resistance of the ruling party and the religious world and then will be rejected by the generation. It was like this two thousand years ago, and it is also like this today, two thousand years later. As for how to deal with Eastern Lightning, I think we can’t listen to the pastors’ and elders’ fallacies of condemning Eastern Lightning like before any more. We should be clever virgins, pay attention to hearing the Lord’s voice, seek and study whether or not Almighty God is the appearance of the Lord Jesus, whether or not all words expressed by Almighty God are the words of the Holy Spirit to the churches, and are the expressions of the Spirit of truth in the last days. This is crucial to seeking and studying the Lord’s appearance!

Cheng Huize: What you’re saying couldn’t be more right! It reminds me of some prophecies of the Bible: “For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24:27). “For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation” (Luke 17:24–25). These words seem to have been fulfilled on Eastern Lightning. Almighty God is just the incarnate Son of man. He has expressed many truths in the last days, is condemned by the CCP and the religious world, and even is rejected by the whole generation. Doesn’t it just fulfill the prophecies of the Bible? Now the key is all words expressed by Almighty God. If they are all truths and are God’s voice, then it is certain that Almighty God is the Lord’s return. Now is the matter that the CCP and the whole religious world attack and condemn Eastern Lightning a signal of the Lord coming? We must fellowship about it. If Eastern Lightning is really the return of the Lord, and we still follow the pastors and elders to steadfastly condemn, resist, and reject Eastern Lightning, will we still gain the Lord’s approval? We will only receive His curse! So as for Eastern Lightning, we must seek and investigate and can’t delay any more. How could the numb and dull-witted see God’s appearance? Isn’t that right?

Dong Xiulan: The CCP does its utmost to speak Eastern Lightning as an organization of men. This is indeed an evil plan. If we hadn’t investigated the Church of Almighty God online or watched various videos and movies of testifying to Almighty God, we would have easily believed the CCP’s words that Eastern Lightning is only an organization of men, and would have easily been deceived by the CCP and the religious world. Through studying online, I read many words of Almighty God, and I also read the brief introduction of the Church of Almighty God, and watched their videos and movies. Only then did I have a true knowledge of the Church of Almighty God. Thanks to my seeking and investigating online that I’m lucky not to be deceived by the CCP! That the Church of Almighty God bears witness that Almighty God is Christ of the last days is depending on the prophecies of the Bible, and is depending on the truth expressed by Almighty God, by which they finally have heard God’s voice, and firmly believed that Almighty God is Christ of the last days. The person attacked and condemned by the CCP is the leader of the Church of Almighty God and is a witness of Almighty God. His sermons and fellowship are also publicly available online, which can be read and heard freely. The truth he fellowships about is all based on Almighty God’s word, and that he talks about is his own experiences and knowledge, which has the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit and is constructive and beneficial for people. The believers of the Church of Almighty God all hear his fellowship and preaching. Their church life is reading Almighty God’s word, fellowshiping about the truth and talking about their own experiences and knowledge, which makes their lives grow very fast and has the work of the Holy Spirit. So they have understood many truths and their faith toward God are becoming stronger and stronger. This is the main reason why the Church of Almighty God has developed to today and no evil power can tear it down or break it through.

Cheng Huize: What you’re saying is very well! I see it online that under the watering and supply of Almighty God’s word, there are indeed a group of believers in the Church of Almighty God who have overcome Satan and broken with the CCP evil power thoroughly. Many of them have abandoned their family and detached themselves from the world. They follow Christ and faithfully spend for God, bearing a beautiful and resounding testimony for Him! I feel that the reason why the Church of Almighty God can develop into such a state is because there must be God’s appearance and work within. If it were really an organization of men, who could make a church so prosperous, and even make the CCP so frightened and guilty? This is really the testimonies of overcoming Satan! It can be certain that the overcomers of the last days have appeared in the Church of Almighty God, because the testimonies of the Church of Almighty God have completely shamed the satanic CCP regime and the evil antichrist forces in the religious circles. If one doesn’t study the Church of Almighty God carefully, how can he see the facts? Now there are many people who believe the rumors of the CCP and the religious world. Obviously, they are confused and deceived. They can only reap what they have sown and they’ll only fall into calamity to be punished.

Zhao Liang: Through this communication, we can see through the truth that the CCP suppresses and persecutes Eastern Lightning with all its might. Therefore, more and more people are studying Eastern Lightning. Now let’s look at the CCP regime. It is collapsing and crumbling day by day, is extremely precarious and its end is coming. When the CCP collapses, the Church of Almighty God will spread the gospel to unprecedented splendor.

Lin Shuyan: Now I find out that in the religious world of the entire mainland China, in house churches of all factions of Christianity, those who truly believe in God with good qualities and love the truth have turned to Almighty God. I always feel that these people are those who will be raised up before the catastrophe. We, who have been desperately longing for the Lord Jesus descending upon a white cloud, have yet to see the Lord’s appearance. The prophecy of the four blood moons has fulfilled. The great disaster is about to fall. If we can’t be raised up before the catastrophe, will we be abandoned by the Lord? Will we fall into disasters? If so, we’ll be in a lot of trouble. Because in accordance with the prophecy in the Book of Revelation, those who can’t be raised up before the catastrophe will certainly fall into calamity to refine. So I always feel that Eastern Lightning seems to be God’s appearance and work in the last days. As the Lord Jesus personally predicted, “For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24:27). “For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. Cheng Huize: What you’re saying is right! These prophecies of the Lord Jesus seem to have indeed fulfilled. Today, the more we have fellowship on this, the brighter I feel in my heart, as if the clouds have been lifted and I see the sun. If we can’t be raised up before the catastrophe, we’ll certainly fall into disasters. There is such a phrase in Revelation: “Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come on all the world, to try them that dwell on the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that no man take your crown. Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write on him my new name” (Revelation 3:10–12). Judging from this, that the Lord will come like a thief refers to God becoming flesh as the Son of man and performing the work of judgment beginning from the house of God. Accepting God’s work of the last days means attending the wedding feast with the Lamb. Those who are perfected by God into overcomers refer to those who will be perfected before disasters and they will certainly avoid the suffering of disaster when the catastrophe falls. It seems as if the phrase in Revelation has come true. So we should invite people over from Eastern Lightning as soon as possible. Let them communicate to us about how Almighty God performs judgment work in the last days, and about whether or not Almighty God is the returned Lord Jesus. Otherwise, how could such a big commotion happen in mainland China? Only the Lord’s appearance can shake the whole world. This way is too worthy of being investigated. If we still don’t investigate, we really are blind! If the Lord has returned, yet we don’t know and still hold the extravagant hope that we will be raptured into the kingdom of heaven. Aren’t we foolish and ignorant?

After hearing that, these co-workers said in succession that they hoped to invite witnesses from the Church of Almighty God to come. Cheng Huize remembered a sister nearby who attended meetings in the Three-Self church before and was heard to believe in Almighty God later.
